In December 2020, a congressional amendment to the PACT Act was signed into law as part of the omnibus spending bill. This new law broadens the definition of tobacco products to include electronic cigarettes, vapes, e-liquids, and vaping accessories. As a result, starting March 26th, online retailers will be required to collect state and local excise taxes on vaping products and must obtain an adult signature (21+) for all deliveries nationwide. Additional compliance requirements include labeling, packaging, record-keeping, and state and federal registration and reporting.

At onlinevapeshop.us, we are committed to diligently complying with the PACT Act's rules and regulations. We will implement a new shipping solution that adheres to various state and federal laws. Beginning April 2nd, we will start transitioning to this new shipping method, which will be available for customers in select regions of the U.S. Shipping options will be presented at checkout.

Moving forward, all shipments will require an adult signature (21+) along with an ID check upon delivery, following the law. This will incur a $7 fee at checkout. We strongly recommend shipping your orders to your workplace.

We ship only within the Domestic United States and do not offer international shipping. Some states have specific laws regarding the sale and shipment of our products. If your state is not listed in the drop-down menu when placing your order, it means we have temporarily suspended shipping to your state pending review of its regulations.

Any orders containing flavored e-liquids with shipping addresses to the above locations will be removed and refunded from the order and/or the entire order will be subject to cancellation and full refund. Any other items will be processed and shipped normally. This information is subject to change at any time, we will try our best to update this as regularly as possible.

Shipping and Handling Timelines

All orders undergo a processing period of 1-3 business days before they are shipped. Once processing is complete, an automatic tracking email will be sent to confirm that your package is nearing fulfillment. You will find the Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Dates at checkout, which vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are dispatched within 24-72 business hours after purchase, from Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays. You can check your order status and view tracking information anytime by logging into your account.

 

Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed for delivery, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped, along with tracking information. It may take an average of 5 to 10 business days for the delivery of your order, depending on your specific location.

We do our very best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Our shipping schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as sales events and during the holiday season.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your account. This information will also be accessible by logging into your account on the “My Account” page.

Please be advised that if the tracking information for your package has not been updated for several days, there is no cause for concern. Delivery confirmation by the carrier may not update the package reaches a sorting facility, transit location, or local post office. In the interim, there will be no updates. Any delivery-related issue should be directed to your local post office. While the postal service provides reliable and cost-effective service, occasional errors, such as misrouting a package, may occur. Unfortunately, such errors are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays or mistakes made by the postal service.


Delivery Issues

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate before finalizing your order. Once a package has been marked as shipped, it is not possible to modify the shipping address. The address entered at checkout will be the address to which your order will be shipped. Kindly note that we do not verify shipping addresses before dispatching packages. onlinevapeshop.us is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses, undeliverable packages, or unclaimed packages.


Damaged, Missing, and Incorrect Items

If any item(s) are missing or damaged within your shipment, you must contact us within 3 business days from the delivery date as indicated by your tracking number. When reaching out, please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear, visible photographs of the affected item(s). If additional information is required, we will request it in our response.

In the event that you receive an incorrect item(s), please note that if the item has been opened, tested, or tampered with, or the seal on the e-juice has been broken, we will not be able to process an exchange for the correct item. Our error in shipping an incorrect item does not permit the use of the item if you do not intend to keep it or wish to return it. All incorrect items must be returned in new, unused, undamaged, and original condition, with no exceptions.

Any claims made after 3 business days from the delivery date on your tracking number will be subject to availability, and we will do our best to assist you in finding a solution.

 

Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, such as an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not obligated to issue a refund or send a replacement at our expense. If the goods are returned to our warehouse, a refund will be issued, minus the postal expenses. Please note that all clearances, sale items, and disposable products are final sales. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for these items, including any defective items within these categories.

In the event that your order contains incorrect or missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours after receiving the package. We will promptly address and correct any mistakes made on our part, but it is essential that we are notified within the specified time frame.
